We all use the best available
toothpastes and tooth brushes. Despite of all this we need to visit a dentist
for our dental problems, whom we all hate to visit. Its the cost as well
as the physical pain which we want to avoid. Even brushing twice is no solution.
We need to be rational. The bristles of a toothbrush clean our teeth but at the
same time damage our gums, it loosens the grip of our gums over our teeth. Not a
single animal ever uses a brush despite of that they have their teeth fit and
fine. Cows are the best example. Eating grass simultaneously keeps its teeth
clean. Try this, after eating wafers, of banana chips, or meat, some of it
definitely gets stuck in our teeth, eat a cucumber after that, your teeth would
get cleaned automatically. Any raw fiber food cleans your teeth. Apple, sugar
cane are the best among all, eating them will definitely help you keep your
teeth clean. Also use a tooth brush meant for sensitive teeth, and pour a glass of
hot water over the bristles so that they become more softer, before you actually
brush your teeth.
Its a myth that using a calcium and fluoride toothpaste your teeth would be healthy and get sufficient calcium. Our teeth is not like our skin to absorb oil or ointment forming vacuoles. Our teeth get calcium from the food we eat and not the toothpaste we use, over and above we hardly brush for a minute or two. Its high time we get practical and come out of the toothpaste ad gimmicks we see on TV. Does any toothpaste company guarantee healthy teeth or in return take care of your dental expenses. Not a single.
For healthy teeth avoid eating a lot of chocolates, sweets, processed and junk food etc. Kids especially are prone to eating sweets. Make it a habit of eating a cucumber, or a carrot before you sleep, instead of brushing twice. Observe this routine for a week, and see the change.
